• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code or engage in harmful activities
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Free Trial: New users may receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card required for the trial period.
• Subscription Plans: After the trial, you can choose from our monthly or annual subscription plans. All prices are listed in USD.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle until canceled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with our service.

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to content you create using PolyBrand. We do not claim ownership of your designs, logos, or brand assets.

Commercial License: Professional and Business plan subscribers receive a commercial license to use all generated assets for business purposes.

Our Platform: PolyBrand, including our software, design, code, and branding, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyBrand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any third-party content or conduct on our platform
